Small-group retreats for professionals in transition. 2–3 days of somatic practices, guided mindfulness, honest conversation, and the kind of community that forms when everyone admits they're figuring it out.

Each retreat includes daily movement, breath and meditation practices, group coaching sessions, individual touchpoints with Erin, and plenty of unstructured time to let your nervous system remember what rest feels like.

Bend Intensives

A half-day or full-day deep-dive in person — just you and me (or you and a small group you bring). For when you need to get out of your environment and into your truth, fast.

We work deeply and efficiently: somatic grounding, breath work, honest coaching conversation, and time outdoors if weather allows. These intensives are designed for people who want concentrated transformation in a single container.

  • Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (7 hours)

What a typical retreat day looks like

Morning

Gentle movement and breath practice to land in your body. A guided meditation. Then breakfast with the group, slowly.

Midday

Deep coaching work — group sessions, somatic practices, and honest conversation. Lunch. Time outside. Optional 1:1 touchpoints.

Evening

Rest, integration, and stillness. No forced activities. Some nights we gather; some nights you disappear into the quiet.
