Common questions

Is this therapy?+

No. Coaching is forward-focused — we work from where you are toward what you want to build. If something surfaces that needs therapeutic support, I'll say so. My somatic and mindfulness work is about awareness and regulation, not diagnosis or treatment.

I'm still employed. Is now the right time?+

Often yes. The strongest pivots are designed before the exit, not after. We build the runway while you still have one.

What if I don't know what I want?+

Almost no one does at the start. That's the work. Your body often knows before your mind does — we learn to listen to both.

Do you offer sliding scale?+

A limited number of reduced-cost spots are available each quarter. Ask on our discovery call.

What's the somatic/mindfulness piece actually like?+

It depends on you. It might be a guided body scan at the start of a session. It might be tracking where tension lives when you talk about your job. It might be breath work to downshift your nervous system. Nothing performative — just practical tools for real life.
